  • Turnaround Time

    Initial concepts based on details provided are delivered within 7-10 days. 

  • Revision Policy

    Logo Design revisions are completed within 3-5 days.

     

    3 rounds of revisions are provided through the design process. Additional revisions are subject to a $35 fee, for each additional round. Revisions are only available within 30 days of receiving the initial concepts. Further changes beyond the 30 day period are subject to a higher fee.

  • Cancellation/Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of the services offered, all services are non refundable. If you wish to cancel an order, Clay Cretivity will not issue a refund on payments received.
