Revision Policy
Motion Graphic revisions are completed within 2-3 days.
3 rounds of revisions are provided through the design process. Additional revisions are subject to a $15 fee, for each additional round. Revisions are only available within 30 days of receiving the initial concepts. Further changes may require a new order.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services offered, all services are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an order, Clay Creativity will not issue a refund on payments received.
