Turnaround Time
Once your order is made you'll be contacted within 24 hours to schedule consultation and provide direction for the included services.
The initial branding concepts, based on the direction/details provided, are delivered within 5-7 days. Once branding is developed, all remaining materials are delivered within 10-14 days.
Revision Policy
Complete Brand Starter Package revisions are completed within 2-3 days.
2 rounds of revisions are provided through the design process. Additional revisions are subject to a $15 fee, for each additional round. Revisions are only available within 30 days of receiving the initial concepts. Further changes may require a new order.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services offered, 25% of the payment for the Ultimate Brand Package is non-refundable. During development, after branding is agreed upon and the remaining materials begin development, 50% of the order is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an order once all materials are included in the package are delivered and approved by client, Clay Creativity will not issue a refund on payments received.
